Supporting Vlora: A Lifelong Dedication to Animal Rescue
Vlora, a dog rescuer from Ferizaj, has dedicated her life to the strays in her area, even without the proper resources to do so. Despite not having a shelter, a team, or equipment, she rescues dogs in desperate situations, often victims of hit-and-runs, injuries, and diseases like leishmania, parvovirus, and distemper.
Every morning, Vlora heads out to feed and check on the health of the dogs in her care. She works closely with a local vet to provide medical attention, but without community support, her efforts are limited. Unfortunately, the government does not provide assistance for this type of work, leaving her to rely on small donations.
We are raising awareness and funds to help her continue this life-saving work. Vlora urgently needs support with veterinary bills and the following items:
Dog Crates (various sizes)

Dewormers (Milpro, Nexgard, Biheldon)

Mange Medications (Ivermectin, Neostomazan)

Dog Food (can be bought at local grocery stores, pet stores, or vet clinics)

Zinc Cream (for healing wounds, available at vet clinics or online)

Oxy Blue Spray (a cheap, essential antibiotic spray for wound care)

If you can contribute any of these items, it would greatly help Vlora in her ongoing rescue efforts. Your support will allow her to continue saving the lives of many more animals in need.
